BONUS Homework Points / Preview for Next Week’s Lesson

Next week, we’ll learn our first song. “But Glenn,” you might say with a frustrated tear streaming down your delicate cheek, “I only know three chords and they don’t sound too good when I play them alone.”

I promise that as long as you practice the three chords from Lesson One every day for the next seven days and strumming the warm-up activity in 4/4, you’ll be ready for this song. Focus on switching from chord to chord in the quickest way possible (remember not not every finger has to move from its position to switch a chord…more on that to follow in our next lesson).

Now for the bonus points:

In the music video of the song we’ll be learning next week, Jack White’s fingers are shown rather closely. It is close enough to identify the chords he is playing. Watch this video and email me all of the chords that are used. You will receive 5 bonus points for each chord identified.
